Power of gratitude
hey readers, today I’ll tell you about the power of gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful tool to alter our feelings and emotions we just need to use it correctly.
Yesterday, when I was done planning my next day, I promised myself that I’d say good night and good morning to some special people in my life including me, God, and someone and then I did it after that suddenly I felt a bit happier, and I’ve done this for the first time that’s why ( I think ). But in the morning today also when I said good morning to all the special persons I again felt that happiness and then I realize that I was practicing gratitude, and after that my mood was kind of neutral. ( more inclined to happiness without any external factor affecting it )
What is gratitude?
Gratitude is a positive emotion of begin thankful and appreciative for the things that you’ve in your life.
Power of gratitude.
Gratitude can make you happier with being yourself. You don’t depend on the external environment for happiness, you can indirectly control your mood, feelings, and emotions. You become complete within yourself.
